The Owners:

The Spivack Family have been the owners and operators of the Wildwood Garden Apartments since Stuart and Harvey Spivack constructed the 250 unit garden apartment complex in 1963. We acquired the 60 unit Soundview Gardens in 1984 and the 92 unit Stonehenge Apartments in 1987.

The three complexes are still owned and managed by Steve, Paul and David Spivack and they can be contacted during regular business hours at their main office in Port Washington, NY by calling 516-883-2110.

We are proud to be third generation builders and managers of our residential properties and high end custom homes.

Office Staff:
Our property management office is located at 7 Wildwood Gardens in Port Washington, NY 11050  
(Mail to: P.O. Box 365) and is expertly run by Anna Deriu a long time Port Washington resident. She handles all matters for the Wildwood, Soundview and Stonehenge Apts.

Leasing Staff:
In Port Washington, all of your leasing needs will be serviced by Marie Rocco and in St. James by Blanche Eddy. They are both knowledgeable in all matters pertaining to helping you rent with us as a new tenant and to answering all ongoing questions that you may have as residents of our communities.

Maintenance Staff
All of our apartment complexes are serviced by expert technicians and support staff to insure your comfort and enjoyment of your home. Contact them to arrange for repairs and other services as may be required from time to time.
